Important: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Poop Dodge. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Poop Dodge ("the App"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Poop Dodge Games ("we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.
2. Description of the App
Poop Dodge is a mobile arcade game available on Android devices. The App provides the following features:
- Gameplay: An arcade-style dodge game where players control a character, collect coins, and avoid falling obstacles
- Level System: 10 progressive levels with increasing difficulty, including boss stages
- Character Skins: Purchasable and unlockable character customization options using in-game coins
- Power-ups: In-game items including Shield, Magnet, and Double Coins
- Token Rewards: Integration with the Solana blockchain to distribute $POOP token rewards to eligible players
- Wallet Connectivity: Integration with Solana-compatible wallets (such as Phantom) for token reward claiming
3. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- Comply with all local laws regarding cryptocurrency and digital assets in your country or region
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
4. Token Rewards and $POOP Tokens
Important Notice: $POOP tokens are distributed on the Solana Mainnet. Token rewards have no guaranteed monetary value and should not be considered an investment.
The App includes a token reward system with the following terms:
- Reward Eligibility: Players who collect 1,000 or more coins in a single game session are eligible to claim a reward of 100 $POOP tokens
- Wallet Requirement: You must connect a valid Solana Mainnet wallet address to claim rewards
- Network Fees: Solana blockchain transactions may incur small network fees (gas fees). We cover the gas fees for reward transfers; however, fees for other on-chain interactions are your responsibility
- Token Nature: $POOP tokens are utility tokens distributed for entertainment purposes only. They are provided "as-is" without any guarantee of value, exchangeability, or future utility
- No Investment: $POOP tokens do not represent equity, shares, ownership rights, or any financial instrument. They are not securities under any applicable law
- Not Redeemable for Cash: We do not offer any redemption service for $POOP tokens for fiat currency or other cryptocurrencies
- Supply and Availability: We reserve the right to adjust, pause, or terminate the token reward program at any time without prior notice
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we detect abnormal gameplay patterns, exploitation, or any attempt to manipulate the reward system
5. Wallet and Blockchain Transactions
The App supports wallet connectivity for claiming token rewards. By connecting your wallet, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, including your private keys and seed phrase
- We will never ask for your private keys, seed phrase, or passwords
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible — we cannot cancel, reverse, or recover any on-chain transactions once confirmed
- Transaction details are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain explorer
- You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before approving them in your wallet
- We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to wallet compromises, user error, or blockchain network issues
6. In-App Purchases (Skins)
The App includes character skins that can be unlocked using in-game coins earned through gameplay. Please note:
- In-game coins are earned exclusively through gameplay and cannot be purchased with real money
- Skins purchased with in-game coins are stored locally on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the App
- Some skins are unlocked by completing specific in-game achievements
- We do not offer refunds for in-game coin expenditures
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use hacking, cheating, bots, or any automated tools to gain unfair advantages in the game
- Attempt to manipulate the reward system to claim tokens you have not legitimately earned
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App's code
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
Violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the reward program and/or termination of your access to the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to game design, graphics, sound effects, code, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by or licensed to Poop Dodge Games. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App
- Warranties that the App will be compatible with your device
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POOP DODGE GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of $POOP tokens or cryptocurrency
- Loss of game progress or in-game items
- Unauthorized access to your wallet
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Any losses arising from blockchain network issues
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the greater of (a) $10 USD or (b) the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (which, as the App is free to download, would be $0).
11. Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Cryptocurrency Risk: The value of $POOP tokens can be highly volatile or may have no value at all
- Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and may change. You are responsible for compliance with local laws
- Technology Risk: Blockchain networks and smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
- Loss of Access: Losing your wallet private keys or seed phrase will result in permanent loss of any tokens in that wallet, with no recovery possible
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11) will continue to apply.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Poop Dodge Games regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
