This Privacy Policy describes how Poop Dodge Games ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the Poop Dodge mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service:

2.1 Information You Provide

Solana Wallet Address: When you voluntarily connect your Solana-compatible wallet (such as Phantom), your public wallet address is shared with us. This is a public blockchain identifier — it is not linked to your name, email, or any personal identity.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

Game Progress Data: High scores, coin counts, level progress, and selected character skins are stored locally on your device using Android's AsyncStorage system. This data never leaves your device.
Crash and Error Logs: Basic error information may be generated locally when the app encounters an issue. We do not collect these remotely.

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

Your name, email address, or contact information
Your location or GPS data
Your device's unique identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)
Your contacts, photos, or media files
Microphone, camera, or biometric data
Private keys or seed phrases (never share these with anyone)

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Blockchain Transactions

When you claim $POOP token rewards, a transaction is recorded on the Solana Mainnet blockchain. Please be aware that:

Blockchain transactions are publicly visible to anyone
Your wallet address and transaction amounts are permanently recorded on-chain
We cannot delete or modify blockchain records
This is an inherent property of public blockchain networks, not specific to our App

5. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: All game progress data (scores, coins, levels, skins) is stored exclusively on your device using Android's secure local storage. We have no access to this data.

Server-Side: Our reward claim API temporarily processes your wallet address to execute the token transfer. We do not log or store wallet addresses persistently on our servers.

Security Measures: We use HTTPS encryption for all API communications. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your information:

Access: You may request information about what data we hold related to your wallet address.
Deletion: Since game data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by uninstalling the App. For any server-side data, contact us to request deletion.
Opt-out: You may disconnect your wallet at any time within the App to stop sharing your wallet address with us.
Blockchain data: Note that blockchain transaction records cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

9. Data Retention

We retain your wallet address in our API logs only for the duration necessary to process and confirm the token transfer transaction (typically a few seconds to minutes). We do not maintain long-term logs of wallet addresses or claim activity.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
